New All-Sky camera design

About the 11th iteration of my All-Sky camera, but the most refined so far. I have learned a lot along the way.

• DHT22 Temp/Humidity Sensor

• 2 Relay board

• 6" Acylic dome

• 60mm Fans

• 2.8W resistor array heating element
